Challenges Are Only Opportunities In Disguise

Stress is a mental illusion we create in our minds, an interpretation or perception of circumstances in our environment. To continually improve and grow we need stress and challenge as it awakens our greater potential, forces us to raise our game and makes us rise to the level of performance we were capable of all along. The stress or challenge is merely a catalyst, albeit unwelcome, that awakes the excellence that is dormant within all of us.

It is often our most challenging moments in life that offer us the greatest opportunities to grow and expand. Take a real honest look at any challenges you have faced in the past. Are you better or worse off for having faced those challenges? When viewed from a different perspective, challenges are only delayed opportunities waiting to be exploited.

When you learn to view any roadblock on your way to living your potential as a FUTURE OPPORTUNITY GENERATOR, you will completely change your thought patterns around challenges. This small shift in your thinking, will allow you to turn any challenges (big or small) into opportunities far sooner.

The challenges we face every day, are really only opportunities in disguise. These Challenges are disguised as the push, sometimes unexpected, that we often need to get us off our butts. This push forces us to take the necessary action that will help us to improve our lives.

Learn to see opportunity in everything. Thank the challenging people that cross your path, for teaching you about yourself and for giving you the opportunity to learn the benefits of a positive mindset. These CHALLENGES, that are traditionally viewed so negatively offer an opportunity for SPIRITUAL AND PERSONAL GROWTH.

Become curious and begin to celebrate your mistakes, they are excellent clues that something in your world is out of alignment and that corrective action is needed. Move away from shame and self flagellation when you perceive that you may have made a mistake and dose yourself with extra compassion. Every mistake or challenge is in reality a bearer of the enormous gift of wisdom if you are willing to learn.

You can choose to face any challenges that come your way from a perspective of helplessness or you can choose to react to these same challenges, from a standpoint of personal power. When you practice the latter you are consciously optimistic and all challenges will be temporary and easily solved.

If challenges and obstacles were the deciding factor in how everyone’s lives turned out then no one would attain success.  The only difference between successful people and those that settle for mediocrity is that the former see challenges as things to overcome on their way to success and the latter see them as reasons not to even try.

Top performers see challenges or obstacles as things to overcome whilst mediocre people see them as reasons not to even try. Obstacles and challenges are never the deciding factor on how your life is going to turn out. If they were, then no one would ever manage to achieve any success at all.

Your future is never dependant on what happens to you, but rather how you respond to what happens to you. Learn to look for the opportunity in every challenge you face. Remain positive in the face of adversity and allow challenges to become the catalyst that sparks new opportunities.

The way you view anything can either be empowering or extremely debilitating. When you view something as a challenge it becomes invigorating, view the same thing as a struggle and it becomes difficult and draining. Take inventory of the words you use to talk to yourself, carefully chosen words and thoughts can make the impossible, possible.

You can we ever expect to live life free of challenges? YES! Seeing anything as a challenge is a choice. Change the way you view any “Challenge” and it can then become a DELAYED OPPORTUNITY, waiting for you to exploit.
